What happens, step by step
Every order follows the same four stages, so you always know where your treatment is.
1. Complete your assessment
Answer a short online questionnaire covering your health history, current medication, goals and measurements. It takes about five minutes and costs nothing to complete.
2. Clinician review
A Canadian-licensed prescriber reviews your answers, checks for interactions and contraindications (reasons a treatment may not be right for you), and confirms whether it is safe and appropriate. Most reviews are completed within two hours during working hours.
3. Pharmacy dispensing
Our licensed Canadian pharmacy dispenses approved prescriptions and packs them in plain, discreet packaging, with cold-chain protection where required.
4. Ongoing support
Get dose-change guidance and side effect support, and message the clinical team whenever you need to. Pause, change or stop treatment at any point.
