What happens, step by step
Every order follows the same four stages so you always know where your treatment is.
1. Complete your assessment
A short online questionnaire covering your health history, current medication, goals and measurements. It takes about five minutes and there is no cost to complete it.
2. Clinician review
A Canadian-licensed prescriber reviews your answers, checks for interactions and contraindications, and confirms whether treatment is safe and appropriate. Most reviews are completed within two hours during working hours.
3. Pharmacy dispensing
Approved prescriptions are dispensed by our licensed Canadian pharmacy and packed in plain, discreet packaging with cold-chain protection where required.
4. Ongoing support
You get dose-change guidance, side effect support and the option to message the clinical team at any point. Pause, change or stop treatment whenever you need to.
